AMS stockbridge ga locksmith Had to follow me to the bank for payment - because I wasn't told beforehand they didn't accept checks. Nor did they express any other payment alternatives as to the cost for the services. Following me to the bank to receive the cash was so insulting. I could not nor would I give them access to my credit card. Also, their receipts didn't visibly show their company name. I called the office and of course the young lady so rudely told me it was my responsibility to inquire of acceptable payment methods. Excuse me I am the consurmer you are the business it is your place to express the payment to the consumer. Of course this rude young lady hung up on me Stockbridge Georgia
I was so disrepected and humiliated by the procedures of AMS Locksmith Company located at 909 Eagles Landing, Stockbridge, Georgia. On April 11, 2015 I scheduled a locksmith to repair one of my entry doors lock. After schedulling the appointment I never told of their payment procedures. At the time of completion I was told it had to be cash or credit /debit card. Giving them my credit card wasn't an option. The locksmith said he had to follow me to the bank not only did this raise a flag with me but it is never done in business. I felt so humiliated since I am retired and disable. After withdrawing the money the technician could not make change for a twenty dollar bill mind you they deal in cash. I phoned the call in center to tell them of my disappointment with their practices and the young rude lady told me it was my responsibility to ask questions of their company practices and then hung up on me without an apology or explanation. I would be leary of dealing with a company that don't provide badges for the employees and that they pick and choose who they will get their cash from. Never in 48 years of being a responsible productive citizen have I had anyone deal with me in this manner. For this reason, I couldn't in good conscience recommend them to any one seeking this type of service.
