Complaint Review: AMS Vehicle Sales

 My son advertised with these people and after he received not 1 phone call, returned all documentation by the appropriate dates.  After 6-8 weeks and no money, I called.  Kelly answered and said it was availd refund and should be within a week or two.  After 2 weeks I called again.  She said it should be within a week.  A week later, it was computer problems...should be within a week.  A week later, she said it was in the system as processed and should be within that week.  The next week when I called, I asked to speak to a manager.  Coincidentally, there wasnt' one.  I found it odd that for a customer service center, which typically has numerous people, Kelly is the only one who ever answered.  She ended up hanging up on me.  So I called back and chose option number 1 instead of 2.  Low and behold, it takes me to Kelly again...and to an answering machine.  The police need to get involved.  For as many reports are filed here and as long as this has been going on, they've solen thousands from people.  My son will be filing a police report for theft by deception.
