Complaint Review: An Eye For Design Studios

Jeff Zaffino, owner of An Eye For Design Studios, a e-commerce company that sells items to the scroll saw hobby community charged my credit card for a purchase that he never had any intent on shipping to me.

I ordered in good faith an instructional DVD from him as he is a reknowned artist in his field. After waiting for 30+ days with no DVD, and numerous attempts to contact him, I gave up.

Research on Google gave me plenty of insight into Mr. Zaffino's broken promises as well as pending legal issues for copyright infringement. A new spotlight has been shed on the "real" Jeff Zaffino.

I was able to resolve my issue by getting an approved  chargeback through my credit card company. It was uncalled for having to jump through these hoops in the first place. His website should be shut down immediately as far as I'm concerned.
