Experian has been reporting inaacurrate, unverified information on my credit profile for several years. I have been attempting to have Experian verify or delete the innacurate information for over two and one half years as required by the fair credit reporting act.
Experian is required by the fair credit reporting act to provide me with detailed documentation of the metods by which they verified the disputed debt.

Experian has ignored my repeated demands for the documentation and has retaliated against me for my assertiveness by re-dating the inaccurate information, listing the innaccurate information as "verified" with no further explaination or documentation causing same to "re-age" or "update" and remain on my report for over ten plus years on average.

In addition, during the period of May 1, 2003 and June 16, 2003 my credit score was manipulated, lowering my score by 73 points as direct retaliation for challenging thier business practices and methodology. Experian is destroying my credit, maliciously and flagraqntly violating the law regulating fair credit practices, and does so regularly in a "business as usual" manner, with little intervention from the regulatory agency.....The FTC.

A casual search of the internet has entire sites dedicated to the reporting of these repeated and unchecked violations of law and the rights of consumers. Yet they go unchallenged, unchecked, and plod forward leaving a wake of financial devastation in thier path.
How long must this go on without intervention by the FTC? How much damage must be inflicted upon an already fledgling US economy before somebody in your office has the balls to take these obviously politically connected modern day mobsters on?

All I ask is they be required to adhere to the law, just as I am. Please enforce the FCA.
Respectfully,
Brian McCarthy
