Anaheim Mazda - Derek Hall ripoff Threatening email when he did not get my business. He stated that he hopes I don't need to service my new car at his dealership Anaheim California
I did a lot of research before purchasing my new vehicle. Derek was one of many salespeople I spoke with during that time. Once I found a deal that I felt was reasonable, I purchased the car and ended my search. This of course left loose ends with several salespeople, and I feel that this is just a downfall to their career of choice. When Derek found out I had decided to take my business elsewhere he wrote me a nasty, threatening email which stated " Thank you for not calling me and telling me that you had bought a car. I guess you like wasting peoples time and money. Hope everything works out for you. Hopefully you will never have to bring your car to my dealer". This was very upsetting to me and I am also concerned because this guy has a lot of my personal information. I am pretty sure that Mazda wouldn't want someone like this representing their cars. Remember, Derek Hall of Anaheim Mazda takes his job very seriously and has difficulty taking "no" for an answer.
