I am a senior manager in my company and we engaged Lister Technologies to build a mobile app. Anand Sambasivam came and visited our company and we have the proposal signed and everything. Once the proposal was signed, the team started acting differently (till then they were highly cooperative). But now the team under the leadership of anand, wanted to add more scope to the requirements and wanted to extend the project for more time than it requires. This led to problems for me within my company, and even though I tired to mitigate them I couldn't help but let Lister out of the contract. We had to pay some really good money to do so as well.
At the end, we faced lots of trouble because of lister and we don't want to engage them again. If we can get the time and money back, it will be great. For others looking at engaging Lister, please be aware.
