Complaint Review: Anand Systems Inc

We informed this company about the wrongful charge that this company charge to my account and its employee is supper rude and unprofessional, it's Bhavesh Vakil bhavesh at anandsystems.com.1-800-431-4786 Ext. 17
I know that it is cheap to hire unprofessional people to work for them who is supper rude and unable to help and tried to mess up my account, but since it charged wrongfully to my account, that is why i HAVE TO but not WANT to talk with it since it has a broken English and DOES NOT UNDERSTAND ENGLISH PROPERTLY and not able to resolve my issue, and at the end, it denied to REFUND the money that the wrongly charge to my company account.
On or before april 15 we informed them not to charge to this particular bank account but it keeps doing that, and when i called it to asked for refund, it denied and tried to say some thing else to denied the refund for us. This unethical practice does not happen or appear in any American business but it does here.
