I received this notification in the mail this week (11/17/08) and it looked very official. Something didn't feel right with it, so I did a search on the name, Award Notification Commission and found lots of postings stating it was a scam. I live in Oakley, CA and wanted everyone to know these are still circulating. Want to do my part to make sure no one gets scammed!
