I had cancelled my subscription with Ancestry.com 2 years ago. This month I received a charge on my credit card for 99.90. When I contacted Ancestry.com they told me that they would not reverse the charges and that they had tried to get in touch with me.

When I advised them that I moved last year I was promptly told that it was my responsiblity to advise them of any change in my address and number. What I don't understand is why I would have to advise them of a change in address if I cancelled with them over 2 years ago.

Beware of giving this company your credit card. Charges might show up years after you cancelled your subscription.
