several months ago, I used Ancestry.com's free trial in order to try their services. Before the end of the trial, I cancelled my account so as not to be charged, as I had decided not to continue using the service. In the beginning of march, i discovered that I had been charged per month, including a steep introductory fee, since the end of the supposedly cancelled trial period.

Upon contacting Ancestry.com's support, I was told that they would refund $19.95. Obviously I wasn't satisfied and contacted them again. The time since has been a back and forth battle between myself and support. They claim that my account wasn't opened until January (this is untrue) and that they would only refund the 19.95, not the introductory fee or any other charges they so fraudulently took from my account after having cancelled my trial.
