Complaint Review: Ancestry.com - MyFamily

Called prior to renew date, to make sure I did not get billed again, and 4 days later, I called the bank to check and see if I was going to be ripped again. Yup, they did it again! The second jerk said there was nothing I could do, then tried to get me to sign for some more junk sites. It took awhile to get another confirmation number, which probably would not work either. I then called the bank and action is being taken.
