I bought what is supposed to be a "high-end" computer chair from this company. It was on backorder for a month or so, but they charged me immediately which should have been the first red flag.  I also bought shipping protection for the chair.

After it finally got delivered I discovered that it had been damaged at some point and could not be assembled properly or recline as it is supposed to.

After countless emails and calls over now nearly a month, I have yet to receive any attempt at reconciliation and they are clearly biding their time until they can claim it has been too long since I received it to process a claim.
