AndersonChaseFinancial, and its CEO, Lyn Cude, and only current employee would obtain Business phone numbers similar to Chase Bank customers, and lead those people on to falsely believe that they were calling Chase Bank; Than during the conversation would falsely claim that they were a preferred affiliate to do loan modifications for Chase.  Sometime, usually not, this ruse worked.

Lyn Cude would hire employees on a momthly basis, promise them benefits and other perks after three months, and never pay a single employee from at least June through September of 2009.  He would collect monies from employees modification sales efforts, pretend that various lawyer firms were withholding monies due him, and never pay any of his employees, or even his sales manager;  Instead when he received monies, he would embezzle same, and fire the employee when salaries, or commissons

were requested.  He currently has at least 4-6 cases before the state of California labor board for non-payment of wages to employees.

Buyer beware; This man should be in jail for theft, at the very least shut down for his unethical business practices.

Lies from a fired employee

#2UPDATE Employee

Mon, January 11, 2010

This is nothing more than a fabricated story from a former employee who was fired because of insubordination and substance abuse. If you take the time to carefully read the original complaint you will see from the bad grammar and typo's that this person is not competent. Anderson Chase financial is NOT and has never been a loan modification firm. We have never accepted payments from consumers nor executed any agreements with any consumer. Our disclosure policy on our website clearly states we are NOT a loan modification firm and we do NOT offer legal advice. Prior to the passing of California law SB 94 Anderson Chase referred clients to several California law firms, who at that time were in good standing with the California bar association. It has been brought to our attention that one of these law firms has had some financial issues and is being investigated and we are in the process of filing a law suit in the state of California against this firm for non-payment. Anderson Chase simply referred consumers who were interested in hiring a law firm to these law firms. Our phone number is clearly posted on our website and we have no affiliation with Chase bank whatsoever. Our company has been in business long before Chase acquired WAMU. Our website was recently hacked and we have received the I.P. address from the service provider of the hacker and will be prosecuting this person to the fullest extent of the law. We are also in the process of filing a subpoena to this site in order to obtain the I.P. address of the person who posted this false claim and obviously has no proof of such claim.  If you have any additional questions feel free to contact us directly. Our attorneys are more than happy to provide any and all documents to disprove the bogus complaint.
