Our family ordered a cemetary marker for a close family member from Kim Anderson, the Owner of Anderson Custom Memorials in SC. and Alliance Custom Memorials in Ga. The marker was paid for in full with delivery to Maryland included in the cost. It has been about 8 months since the order was placed and all that the family has gotten is excuses and delays. We have asked several times to show proof that the marker has been ordered at the manufacturer but have recieved nothing. We have spoken to Kim Anderson, owner, Frankie Morris, owner, Michelle Norton, Customer Service (also Kim's daughter) and Holly. Each time we speak to one of them they tell us they will fax us the information requested but nothing ever arives. At this point we have to assume that they have stolen the funds and have no intention of delivering the cemetary marker. we have filed a complaint with the South Carolina Attorney Generals Office and will pursue other options. If there are others who have had problems please contact me. It is sad that people who live in a small town in South Carolina would do this to one of their own neighbors. If you live in Anderson, SC. beware of this business.

We are going through the same thing right now. They are giving us the run around and I am trying to get something done about it.
