Complaint Review: anderson Dental Woodstock Ga

Mr. Parrish T. Sheffield has admitted that his post is full of falsehoods.  The following statement is part of a Consent Order and Motion For Contempt of a Permanent Protective Order against Parrish T. Sheffield adjudicated on February 5, 2013.

I, Parrish T. Sheffield, wish to retract the libelous and defamatory statements I posted on the internet about Ms. Vanita Michelle Smith and Dr. Steven Anderson.

I apologize for my actions and sincerely regret what I have done.

I knowingly posted libelous and defamatory statements about these two individuals in an attempt to viciously harm them and their good reputations.

The following is a correct account of the facts:

Vanita Michelle Smith started working for Dr. Anderson in March 2010.

She and I were married at that time, but our marriage was failing.

She moved out of our marital residence for the third and final time in October 2010.

Dr. Anderson and Vanita did not start dating until December 2010 and had no romantic relationship before this time, nor did Dr. Anderson flirt with Vanita or hit on her before they were both legally separated and completely resolved to divorce their respective spouses.

During 2010, Dr. Anderson was in the process of leaving the Mormon Church and separating from his wife for reasons that had nothing to do with Vanita.

Dr. Anderson and is wife finally resolved to divorce in November 2010.

Dr. Andersons divorce decree specifically listed his wifes behavior as a precipitating factor in the cause

of the divorce and did not list adultery as a precipitating factor.

In March 2011, I was arrested and served 29 days in jail for violating an ongoing Stalking Ex Parte Temporary Protective Order previously in place to protect Vanita from my tendencies and behavior.

A Permanent Protective Order was set in place in May 8, 2012.

I since violated the Permanent Protective Order and entered a consent agreement on October 9, 2012.

Vanita has been married before, but Dr. Anderson will not be her eighth husband.

I was never a dental patient of Dr. Anderson and I am unqualified to judge his professional abilities.

Dr. Steven Douglas Anderson at "Anderson Dental Woodstock Ga." has crossed the line from employer to employee, husband and wife and professional to IDIOT. He has conducted himself in the most arrogant selfserving unprofessional way imaginable. This Dentist has been married for over 23 years with two minor children and whom's wife was the Manager of this dental office as well as his two sons helping out around the office from time to time still he has intentionally and willfully propositioned another mans wife at that facility from her 1st day on the job in March 2010 to the present day whom happens to be his assistant whom he KNEW was MARRIED and as he is as well and had met her husband several times.  He constantly flirted and hit on her for months and began pressuring her into an affair behind his wife and the husband of his assistant for months. He influenced her to file for divorce as he forced his wife to do the same. Months before any talk of divorce or problems in EITHER marriage they were found to have been having sex at his dental office BEFORE patients would arrive less than 8 months after she began working for him. This is a court reported under oath fact stated by his assistant in a deposition she was ordered to take by the dentist's wife's attorney. In her deposition she admits to the affair and having sex with him at the dental office before patient arrival and also admitted it was unprotected. This SHOULD be a violation of OSHA (basically the dental police) whom tries to control safety at dental office's. Disease control SHOULD include this type behavior. Neither has had a STD's test as well which was admitted by his assistant. OSHA's purpose is to maintain a safe clean enviroment to the public. Having sex before their arrival is NOT nor is how any professional health provider should conduct himself where the public is exposed. I have a copy of the deposition to prove these statements as FACT. Also the "Secretary of State", "Georgia Board of Dentistry" has all the documented facts and has been made AWARE of this dentist as well as OSHA. This dentist has also lied and caused me physical and legal problems simply for the fact that "I know ALL ABOUT HIM" and have exposed him, which has been extremely unfair and unjust to me and continues to this day. *****Any site that allows the public to post reviews or forum discussions are created to BETTER SERVE the public consumer, compliment or complain, advise or WARN  to what buisiness better serves their needs or in some cases, MORAL standards. I refuse to place blame on his assistant due to the FACT that an employee tries to advance at their job and can be, as was in this case, vunerable to the EMPLOYERS demands even as devastating as they have been to her and me.
