Stay away from this company.......We paid them $15,000 to have our existing gutters ruined, inside wall repairs done that a kid playing with clay, and flashings done extremely poorly. When we pointed out the poor work, we got wise cracks and more aggrevation form Brad Hendricks. When we called the owner, we never received a call back.

After holding back half of the money, we got some results. But, the same incompetant guy came back to work on the inside walls trying to match texturing with a spray can. I sent him away and hired a professional.

And if this experiance wasn't bad enough, we got a leak in the same place that I complained about shoddy work being done. What they did underneath was as bad as what they did that was visible. It just took 2 years to get us. Thousands of dollars of damage to our house with water running in for days. A wall, inside the wall, carpeting and the bad roof to repair.

We were told that since there was snow and ice, they would not honor their 5 year warranty against leaks. He claimed that it had to be something else that caused the leak from the roof. He said he had "50 calls about leaks" and he wasn't going to take any responsibilty. Brad said he had two calls. Someone must be lying.

I asked Brad how the roof was done in an area taht would get a lot of precipitation and he said he didn't know. He was unaware of storm guard that is over 8 inches wide or he played stupid which seemed to come natural to him.

James Anderson is a jerk to talk to. What a miserable excuss fo ra businessman.

Help put him out of business and go to a reputable company, NOT Anderson Roofing.

In response to Mr. Franco's complaint, I would like to express my side of the story.

I. A.I.R was paid $13,179.88 by the Francos, not $15,000.00 as stated by Mr. Franco. That's a difference of $2,770.12 I have doucuments to support this fact. The insurance company estimated $18,138.00 worth of damage on the orginal loss sheet.

II A.I.R was never paid for any interior work. Mr Franco was not satisfied with our work and said he would hire someone else for interior work. The $375.00 that was allocated for interior repairs was credited back to Mr. Franco.

III. Mr. Franco fails to mention in his complaint that he was actually paid to remove and replace all gutters and downspouts by the insurance company($1445.12). Mr. Franco decided not to replace the existing gutters and kept the money allowed. The gutters that were damaged during the roofing process over the garage were replaced by A.I.R at no cost to Mr. Franco.

IV. For over two years, A.I.R never received any complaints about a leak at the Franco residence. On December 6, 2013, The DFW Metroplex experienced the worst Ice Storm it had seen  in over 30years. The Fort Worth Star Telegram  estimated  residential damages through insurance companies could exceed 30million dollars. Most of this damage was caused by roofs collapsing or interior water damage due to melting snow and ice loads. The insurance compaines call this ice damming. We were notified  Sunday evening by the Francos when the ice and snow begin to melt causing water to run against the roof slope and under flashing (4inch installed by home builder). The ice and snow was over 8inches high on a low slope area causing the leak. We responded the following day, following the complaint, to help clear the ice damming. The leak stopped as soon as the ice dam was removed and hasn't leaked since, which has been over 1year ago.

V. Brad Hendricks is the best and the brightest in the business. Hundreds of my Southlake homeowners request him often. He has been roofing for me for over 20years and his knowledge in both residential and commercial roofing is unsurpassed. As for as me being a jerk, Im not sure about this one. I spoke with Mr. Franco and had a very civil and professional conversation. I told him his insurance will cover any damage to interior but he said it should fall under my warranty. We agreed to disagree. At no time did I lose my temper or speak to him unprofessionally. I have an A+ rating with the BBB and over 6000 satisfied customers in the Southlake area. My sons went to school here and we still live in the area. All of my customers are happy, except Mr. Franco.

As far as being a liar, my wife and secretary handled the calls that Monday following the ice storm. There were many calls from both new and old customers regarding leaks in a simliar fashion as Mr. Franco's leak. Not one customer complained about the leak not being covered under warranty other than Mr. Franco. Everyone else either filed a claim with their insurance company or paid for repairs out of pocket. Brad personally received two calls regarding a leak. So neither of us is lying.
