ANDERSONS NECK OYSTER COMPANY I ORDERED $225 IN SEAFOOD PAID $33.39 FOR 2 DAY EXPRESS DELIVERY ONCE PACKAGE WAS AT FEDEX AND FEDEX SENDS YOU A MESSAGE CONFIRMING 2 DAY EXPRESS DELIVERY ANDERSONS NECK OYSTER CO.

ON 4-15-20 I Placed an online order with Andersons Neck Oyster Company in Shacklesford Virginia  for seafood and steaks paying $221.33 for food and $33.39 for 2 day express fedex shipping totalling $254.72 and i requested deliver day to be  4-24-20 giving them a 9 dahy notice to send my food on 4-22-20 so i would get on 4-24-20.  On 3-15-20 Andersons Neck sent confirmation to me that they received my order and i requested a delivery date of 4-24-20.

Days went by and on 4-24-20 I sent Andersons Neck Oyster Co. a message in the morning requesting the Fedex tracking info so i can track my package.  Later that evening on 4-24-20 Andersons sent me Fedex tracking info (They were just sending package out)  and a delivery dagte of 4-26-20.  Upset that the seafood was for my husbands birthday on 4-25-20 was ruined i sucked it up and kept it moving and accepted the new deliver date of  4-26-20 insgtead of the original delivery date of 4-24-20.

On the afternoon of  4-25-20 Fedex sent me confirmation of my 2 day express deliver of  4-26-20.  Then at 830PM on 4-25-20 Fedex sent a message that delivery was now 4-29-20 and mind you my package had been sitting at Fedex for 29 hours since it was picked up on 4-24-20 at 4PM and did not leave fedex office until 9PM on 4-25-20.  I called fedex and asked why my deliver date was changed and espressing my concern that the seafood will not make a 5-7 day journey unrefrigerated. Fedex operator told me....HANG ON GET THIS......that Andersons Neck Oyster Company found out how expensive 2 day deliver was going to be (instead of calling me and cancelling my order and refunding me my money)  so Andersons Neck Oyster Company changed my deliver to  5-7 day ground shipping knowingly and willingly having ill regard to the contents spoiling upon arrival and it would not make the journey of 5-7 days safely... They did hot care and sent it anyway. 

Well i emailed Andersons Neck Oyster Co. several times with no response until May 1 they responded "MA'AM IM SORRY FEDEX WAYLAID YOUR PACKAGE BUT WE SENT IT 2 DAY EXPRESS LIKE YOU REQUESTED AT CHECKOUT" WHICH WAS NOT TRUE UNBENOUNCED TO ANDERSONS NECK OYSTER COMPANY I HAD TALKED TO FEDEX AND ANDERSONS DID CHANGE SHIPPING FROM 2 DAY EXPRESS TO 5-7 DAY GROUND. On  5-1-20 Oak Park Fedex attempted to ttransfer my package to Roseville Fedex  and Roseville Fedex refused stating the package was damaged and smelled that they were not taking possession of it to deliver to me..so Fedex is returining package to sender. 

Now mind you now it is 7 DAYS and i still have    not received the package.  I emailed Andersons Neck Company with my frustration, their lack of compassion and stating that its all Fedex fault and they were  NOT expressing anyREFUND ME BACK TO ME.  So Andersons Neck Oyster Company takes you money, sends you package the cheapest way possible with Fedex even if its  past the 2-3 day express delivery that is required to send food safely as to prevent spoilage (OF COURSE BEING PACKAGED PROPERLY WITH DRY ICE AND GEL PACKS) the  knowingly and willingly having no regards to the package arriving spoiled and giving 2 craps about the customer  and how the product arrives on your doorstep, then refusing a refund saying that it arrived spoiled because of Feces its not their fault "SORRY CHARLIE" BUT WE ARE KEEPING YOUR MONEY AND THAT IS THAT. But they are the ones who called Fedex and changed the shipping date after i got my  2 DAY EXPRESS confirmation from Fedex from a 2 day express deliver to a 5-7 day ground delivery is unacceptable and Andersons Neck Oyster Company should be STOPPED FROM TAKING PEOPLES MONEY AND SENDING PEOPLE SPOILED FOOD WITH NO REPERCUSSIONS. 

THIS IS AN OUTRAGE.  AND IM OUT $254.72 LIKE THIS WAS JUST POCKET CHANGE I FOUND UNDER THE CUSHIONS OF MY COUCH AND ANDERSONS NECK OYSTER COMPANY CONTINUES BUSINESS LIKE NOTHING HAPPENED. SO IM OUT $254.72 AND NO SEAFOOD/STEAKS FOR MY HUSBANDS BIRTHDAY....THIS IS A SHAME.....THEY SHOULD BE STOPPED....

Andersons Neck Company is stating that its Fedex fault that my package did not arrive  in 2 day air express .I talked to two different operators on two separatge ocassions at Fedex and they told me that Andersons Neck Oyster Company called the day after FEDEX picked up my package and Andersons told Fedex to send my seafood/steaks 5-7 day ground shipping because they did not know it was going to cost $200 to send my package 2 day express instead of calling me and canceling my order and refunding me back my money.

They continued to send the package anyway knowing that my seafood/steaks must be sent 2 day express and Andersons has the nerve to be putting the blame on Fedex for my package arriving late which was not the case and keeping my money knowing that the package will arrive spoiled and unsalvageable.  and get this   Andersons still has the nerve to have Fedex still attempt to deliver my seafood/steaks on Mon day May 3, 2020 knowing darn well  this package is now over 10 days old with no refrigeration for at least 7 days because dry ice only lasts 1 maybe 2 days before it melts depending on how much is put in the box keeping temps at -109.3F and also if there are gel packs also included inside.

Still Fedex guidlines states that Beef/chicken/seafood and any other perishables should be sent 2 day express because once dry ice melts, the perisables are relying on the gel pack and if the CONTENTS ARE LUCKY, IT STARTS TO MELT ON DAY 2-3.  Once seafood is thawed completely, it has a refrigeration life of 1-2 days only.  ...THEY NEED TO BE STOPPED.. SENDING PEOPLE SPOILED FOOD, BLAMING IT ON FEDEX AND TAKING THEIR MONEY. WITH NO REPRECUSSIONS WHAT SO EVER.  ...THEN HAVE THE NERVE TO PUT A DISCLAIMER ON THEIR WEBSITE STATING THEY ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE IF YOUR FOOD ARRIVES SPOILED BECAUSE OF SHIPPING....BUT IT IS THEIR FAULT WHEN THEY INTENTIONALLY SEND IT 5-7 DAY GROUND KNOWINGLY AND WILLINGLY DOING SO WITH ILL REGARD FOR THE CONTENTS IN THE BOX AND KNOWING  DARN WELL THAT IT WILL BE SPOILED UPON ARRIVAL AND YET STILL TAKING YOUR MONEY. 

Anderson thinks  that no one will know that they call Fedex and change the shipping length after you receive CONFIRMATION FROM FEDEX CONFIRMING 2 DAY EXPRESS THEN ANDERSONS CALLS AND CHANGES THE SHIPPING DATES MAKIN" YOU THINK IT WAS FEDEX'S FAULT....I WONDER HOW MANY OTHER PEOPLE THEY HAVE DONE THIS TOO. I emailed Andersons a dozen times explaining that I know they changed the shipping to 5-7 days knowing the food wouldnt last, demanding my money back and I RECEIVED ONE RESPONSE FROM THEM BLAMING IT ON FEDEX AND STATING THAT THEY SENT IT 2 DAYS JUST LIKE I REQUESTED IN MY ORDER...NOT ONCE DID ANDERSONS TAKE FULL RESPONSIBILITY FOR THEIR ACTIONS AND NEVER ONCE ATTEMPTED TO RETURN MY MONEY... IM OUT $254.72 and like I said, this is not chump change I found under my couch cushions....THEY NEED TO BE STOPPED.. TAKE RESPONSIBILITY FOR YOUR ACTIONS AND MAN UP AND TAKE CARE OF THE CUSTOMER WHEN YOU ARE WRONG.  My husbands birthday was ruined by ANDERSONS this is a day I WILL NEVER GET BACK.
