Complaint Review: Andra Hernandez

I purchased leads, guaranteed signups from www.Diamond-Central.com and it hit my credit card as Andra Hernandez.

I purchased 150 paid to join signups, 25 free to join signups, for a total of $290.00.

I have tried to get on diamond-central on several occasions, and it does not come up for me any more. During December 2006, I kept getting an email stating that the website was down and would be back up on couple different dates.

I have not been able to get ahold of anyone to get my money back.
