Andrae Michaels National Portrait Company I had pictures taken of my granddaughter in oct because they stopped me in the mall and the special was 5.00 they told me they would send them i live in pgh.. weeks no pics not ans my calls they r in rip off of $86.59 plus 7.00 shipping...no pics not ans my calls Irving , Texas

I had pictures taken of my granddaughter in Irving TX Oct 2nd...My son and his wife was in the mall when we were stopped and actually sold on portraits poster for a special of 5.00 a poster...the salesman gave us the address to get them taken...we did and my son picked his up but I living in Pittsburgh had them mailed...They told me it would take about 3 to 4 wks...after about 2 weeks they called me to inform me I needed 7.00 for postal so I paid it over the phone wiith a credit card and she said they would be mailed that day...this was about almost 2 weeks ago...I have been calling and no one has called me back...I paid a total of $93.59 and no pics...today is Nov. 4th...finally someone ans the phn before I got to this but I still want to report it because this is bad business..I spoke with Maria who took the pictures and she informed me her manager had the pictures to mail them..her name is Jennifer...she noticed they were not on her desk today so she assured me they were in the mail and I should have them by this week....if not this week now pushing to Monday....this is not right and if I knew this was going to happen I would have had my son pick them up and mail them to me....I am very unhappy with this service and wouls not recommend them to no one...

We want to make sure that every customer has a great experience at Andrae Michaels and we are sorry to hear about this experience. We believe that it is important to point out that the customer had photos mailed on November 2nd, and while unfortunately they understood 3-4 weeks as the delivery date, the receipt clearly states 4-6 weeks. The customer also had a number of return phone calls to address this issue. It is unfortunate that they decided to call this a rip-off when we were working with them and got their photos to them in the timeframe expressly implied on the receipt. It is also important to note that her son received his pictures with the expected time frame and was not unhappy with either the quality or the service.
