Complaint Review: Andrea Bunis Management Inc.

After FIRING this horrid company our building has found unauthorized transfers from our reserve account to our operating account. why you may ask. because ABMI overpaid an invoice in march or april in excess of $30,000. they BLINDLY paid the erroreous amount due on the bill without catching it as overbilled and did not call the company to fix it before sending them the total amount the company asked for. this then overdrafted our operating account and they then transferred money from our reserve account to "cover" their incompetence. As they told us that we could not speak to them the last month of our contract with them because the owner had a hissy fit at being fired, noone on this board ever authorized the transfer. they knew we would not find it until after we had disposed of them. no recourse. they also took their management fee for that last month. they only MISMANAGED, not managed. i dont know how you could manage a building for a month and have no contact with the board. they did not earn their last months fee. DO NOT EVER USE THIS MANAGEMENT COMPANY unless you want to put your building into a tailspin that never ends. to fix all the bs they exposed us to is so time consuming. YOU HAVE ALL BEEN FORWARNED!!!!!
