Andrea Orthman Slawski, of corporate executive board, is an intellectually lacking, dishonest, dangerously incompetent, verbally abusive, and morally corrupt individual. Shell berate you. Shell abuse you. Heck, sometimes she will even take a swing at you. Andrea Orthman is without doubt among the most horrid, fear-inducing, vile bosses of all time. Take a look at the nightmares you should be thankful you don't work for her.
 
Andrea orthman started out at the firms VIP Forum as a research associate, and because of sexual favor she did
to one of the senior managers she rose to become a manager two years later.
The rise in rank was unfortunately only matched by her notoriety as a micro-manager, and subsequent decrease in human intelligence. My initla research reports are nothing more than a suggested reading list for clients.  To please clients and churn out reports fast, she started to copy other peoples intellectual properties, and force her associates
to do so as well. After getting discovered in 2006 for plagiarism, and going through a lawsuit, she got transferred to the HR department (so called talent management at CEB)
 
People are "discarded" by Andrea Orthman without any regard to ethics, corporate standards or in some cases even the law. CEB is an example of what is wrong with corporate America where people mean nothing and "image" means everything. There is a great deal of inexperience in management, especially senior leadership. They need a good dose of reality. If you are investigating CEB as a possible employer, think twice and find someplace else.
 
Her approach to management is taking all the credits while doing none of the work. Her daily email to her team looks like this

Here is a review I found somewhere on the web about Andrea Orthman during a lawsuit filed by a client that accused Andrea Orthman of plagiarism by a fomer collegue, worth thousand words!
 
Honest to god, Andrea, you are certifiable. You accuse SJ of being an obsessed, harassing, bullying fruitcake, but you
are the exact same way. You lose on one front and immediately go into attack mode on another (incidentally, on a front you lost big-time on mere months ago, so why you think you can "win" this time around is beyond comprehension). You're spending thousands of dollars on a hopeless cause, money that could be better spent improving the business you keep insisting SJ has ruined. You keep saying the attorney that you had first hired to represent you turned out to be a shyster trying to screw you over, so that's why you fired him. And yet the case is in the system, AND the competency
hearing was held, so he did all the things you initially hired him to do. The fact that he hit you up for another retainer does not mean he misspent the first one. You screwed yourself big big time when you fired him.
