This Person is offering video editing and taking payment upfront and then disabling account. He is operating a scam using You-tube and pay-pal accounts listed below.
He is especially targeting young people that are trying to make videos and ask for advice. He offers to edit your video and has many on his site that he says he has edited for other people. He demands 61.00$ US  up front and more,  on his pay-pal account and then disables you from his site if you try to ask for the editing or money back.
