Andreina Eaton will not provide parts for item under warranty South Daytona Nationwide
My cheaply made, expensive, (nearly $1000) bike broke apart the first week I had it. The fork snapped apart after hitting a BUMP on a paved road and it can't be repaired. I have contacted them regarding the one year warranty and they claim they are sending a replacement part, that remains to be seen.
I doubt I will ever get it because it has been months. I have sent numerous emails and get no response from them. The one year warranty is also a scam because it is one year from the date you ordered it not the 10 months later when I finally got the bike so actually my one year warranty has expired. Yes these guys made over $1 mil in sales, not sure how much was profit.
I regret purchasing the bike that now sits useless as anything resembling a bike. I just want a refund and throw this heap of scrap to the curb and get myself necessary transportion to work.
