False and Misleading Report

#2REBUTTAL Individual responds

Thu, January 04, 2007

This rip-off report is patently false and misleading. The person who wrote it will neither respond to REPEATED requests for contact, refuses to answer any e-mails, and has never given me an address to ship the item to. The auction ended over 2 years ago as of the date of this rebuttal.

I still have the item in question in my storage unit which I am paying a monthly storage unit fee of about $75. The item sold for $1200. Its been 2 years, and at about $75 a month for storage I have lost all money from the sale PLUS $600 in additional storage unit fees! How is that fair to me? I have to continue to pay storage on an item that was bought from me, but I can't deliver because the purchaser refuses to contact me?

How can I possibly deliver something if I don't have an address to send it to? How can I conclude a sale if the buyer refuses to speak to me? I have dozens of e-mail messages archived that I sent that went unanswered. I have done all I can do, the onus is on the individual who purchased the item to contact ME, which he never did.

The contact information about me that he has listed is also INCORRECT. That is not my street address, apt #, county, or phone number. They have all changed.

I have never defrauded anyone in my life, I have never misleaded or ripped anyone off, and I have never stolen from or even attempted to defraud anyone. I have sold DOZENS of games, PCB's, pinballs, marquee's, collectibles and other items. I have never had the kind of difficulty as I have had with this individual.

If anyone wants to e-mail me about this situation, please feel free. I welcome the chance to defend myself.
