Complaint Review: Andrew Frank - National One Telecom

I received a bill from national one telecom and this frank andrew character sent me email saying he was a lawyer for a relative I had in his country. He said he left me 9.5 million dollars and wanted account info which I did not give. But I called him and after I said I would talk to my attorney about this he stopped calling and emailing me. I have all the emails he sent even the one with his passport. If I can help in any way let me know and this be stopped.
