I purchased a Car here in Sarasota from Andrew Pilz. I put $15,000 down and paid $675.00 per month for 2 years and was never late. When the vehicle was paid off the Seller (Andrew Pilz) never provided the Title but kept renewing His Tag on the Vehicle and explained the "Title" is coming. Last year the Vehicle which I paid for in full was repossessed by a Bank Mr. Pilz took a loan from against the Vehicle after he sold it to me. I was able to get it back by paying fees etc. The tag is now expired, it has been over 3 years since I paid in full and he will not provide the title or a Tag so I can no longer drive this vehicle. He has become unresponsive. I believe he knowingly defrauded me out of $31,200 plus fees. I have cancelled checks and the Contract along with numerous texts and emails where he keeps stalling. This is a straight up scam/Fraud

I'm real interested in what you have. He finally got the title for me after I copy and pasted his wifes FB Friends list and told them both I was going to send this to ALL of them. This deal cost me extra thousands of dollars and he could care less. I want to shut him down...permanantly.

I was told about your deal with Andrew about your infinity and said that he was never going to give you the title.  His plan was to take the car back.  There are several others that have been ripped off by the lifestyle con!  I've been in touch with a few of them.  They tried to sue him as well.  He works at IPG-Intertape Polymer doing high security computer services.  I have notified his employer of this criminals past and the threat that he puts the company at risk.  You should contact them as well to make them aware that mine was not an isolated incedent.

The only way to stop him is too continue to spread the word about this con.  He goes to Crossfit in Lakewood Ranch if you want to pay him a visit.  Also, His wife Tina operates a business out of their home called Skincare by Tina.  Cash only business!

I can send you all the information that I have on this Con!
