Andrew West managed several building projects in the west London area. He was forward funding projects using the next upfront payment paying to finish the last job. He is a charming man but we suspect something of a sociopath. He did everything as cheaply as possible. He believes that he can persuade you in the face of overwhelming evidence that he has cheated.
Several of his jobs had to be redone when building regulations found the standard of the materials or the workmanship were not good enough. As problems mounted between jobs he failed to pay workers, get appropriate building regulations approval or be able to complete the jobs that he had started. Those later in the chain suffered most but in his work EVERYBODY suffered his lying and evasion. His workers were owed thousands of pounds (and we are talking poor guys). His customers are in a lottery as to whether their work gets done.
Andrew West has no shame or conscience about what he has done and hides behind limited company status. Do not trust this man it will cost you tens of thousands and lost sleep. I am not sure if I can do more harm to his reputation than he does himself, but just in case you don't know him and come across this site DO NOT GET INVOLVED WITH HIM.
