Complaint Review: Android Genius Brandon Sisco

Brandon Sisco agreed to perform a diagnostic and if possible a repair on a laptop. After multiple attempts to ascertain the status of the diagnostic and repair it was clear that it would not be completed by the provided deadline. (Additional compensation was offered to meet this target). During the final communication with Brandon Sisco it became clear that no work had been performed (this was a politely worded interaction). In fact Sisco took offense to any such insinuations and demanded an apology compiled with a threat that if no apology is given the computer hardware would not be returned. The aforementioned apologies were duly delivered with some refrain. An attempt was made to recover the hardware from the physical store location in Newport Beach. At this point an additional demand for a 'diagnostic fee’ of $65 was made. Please note, no diagnostic report was made available, or any professional opinion rendered in any form regarding the status of the hardware. This was requested, which ultimately leads to the conclusion that it was never performed (as previously concluded above). Of course if the fee was not paid the hardware would not be returned. The fee was unfortunately begrudgingly paid. In closing this account of events has attempted to shy away from the personal, however it must be stated that the individual in question is of a uniquely manipulative nature who has performed this borderline criminal act on multiple victims.
