I ordered a product from this co. including the S&H for Fed Ex 2 day delivery. They sent me an invoice, but never sent shipping confirmation or tracking information. I have tried repeatedly to reach them by email and multiple calls to the 800 number, which has a recording saying they're "transitioning to a new facility" but will be back Monday (today 10/17/07). They never answer the phone or emails. They were extremely quick to charge my Visa, but 9 days later, I still have no product, nor am I able to contact the company. I notice that one person already filed a report about them in 8/07, saying they are a scam. I fully agree.

I have Bought quite afew products from Androtics & Never had a problem.
They are a very reputable company, I'm sure this was just a mix up & lack of communication between you and the company Don't give up on them give them another try.

I am a new customer of this company. I have ordered one product from them and one day later received the information by Email that my order has been processed and I will receive one free bonus product in addition.
One week later I was contacted by Email that they have difficulties with my address, so I replied with the correct address again.
Three days later (it was over the weekend), I got the confirmation, that the package has been sent again and two days later (today) I received it containing the promised 2 products with 5 (!) additional samples of other products and some chocolate. :-)

This is one of the best experiences with any company I have ever made. The emails I received were very friendly and there is a handwritten greeting on the invoice.
As far as I read in their forums, I am not the only one treated this nicely.

I don't know yet if their products really hold what they promise and if continued business with the company will stay this friendly though.

I'm sure moving offices was very difficult to manage along with fulfilling the numerous orders they receive each day. I have had only the best experiences with their shipping and customer service. I can only suggest that you speak with their customer service or to join the forums. They have a personal dedication to customer service that is unseen at any other company I have ordered products from.

I've been buying from Androtics Direct for almost 2 years now and have never had any sort of problem. Order have always been shipped lightening fast and included free products and handwritten thank you notes in every order.

I do realize that when you deal with the masses and ship huge quanitities of products things can slip though the cracks on rare occasions, but Androtics customer service is second to none and they are always willing to bend over backwards to make customers happy.

Sound like the complaintant made their purchase when the company was in the process of moving and experiencing the growing pains that most successful companies go through at one time or another. I'd bet they ended up getting everything they ordered and more, or a complete refund and an apology.

I have shopped with Androtics for years and so have all my friends. They are a fantastic company and I would go as far as to say that they are the best I have ever dealt with on the net. Plus there products rock.

I always get my orders on time everytime with tons of free samples. I call them when I have questions or need help and always talk to a live helpful person. There was a brief period when they were moving but they announced that in their forum and helped people there till everything was set up.

I have sent products back that didnt fit my needs which can happen when buying scents online and they are always very quick to refund or replace my product.

Fabulous store, myself and my friends will continue to shop there and refer others there without hesitation as well.

The original order was placed 10/7/07. My credit card was charged $59.90 almost immediately. As of today, 10/30/07, I still have not received the product, emails are never answered, and the SAME phone recording (the only response to a phone call) is still on, saying they'll be back in service "on Monday", which it has been saying for 3 weeks. This Company is a SCAM and a RIPOFF!! Do NOT do business with this company. They also have a website called www.pheromones.com, with Phero Talk Pheromone Forum. This is also part of this corrupt company.My wish is that many will read these reports before getting ripped off by this scam.
