We (VIP CONSTRUCTION) Purchased Grass From A Guy Name Andy Gonzalez To Put Down At A Address In Which We Were Told If The City Doesnt Approve Of The Grass Then We Would Be Refunded The Payment ,Which Was Over 10,000 Dollars.

The City Didnt Approve The Grass So We Had To Take IT ALL UP, ItsBeen Over A Year And All We Have Been Recieving IS Disrespect Everytime We Try To GET In Contact With Them For Our Refund In Full Payment . Andy Gonzalez Curses At Me Everytime I Call For MY MONEY,Its becoming So Stressful Because He Promised That They Are Very Proffesional And The Refund Will Not Be A Problem
