On or around October 1st, State Farm unwillingly transferred my policy to Andy Hedlund, State Farm, Rogers, MN. I did not approve this. So on October 8th, I canceled my policy and went with a NEW insurance carrier. On October 11th, I called in to make sure my State Farm policy was canceled. They said that my new agent would have to fax over the new policy. HE did and sent me confirmation. Then on Nov 9th, I received another bill from state farm. I called the Andy Hedlund office and the lady there said nothing was canceled. She then asked me for the name of the person that I spoke to weeks earlier, and I couldn't recall. She then Scolded me.
I asked her name and she hung up on me. Then I called back seconds later and the new lady that answered stated that the policy has not been canceled and the only thing she saw was something pre-October. She also asked the other girls in the office who just talked to me and NONE of them said they did. They lied! I'm left with this office not doing anything, and no confirmation and keep paying on a service/product that I'm, not supposed to have!
