Andi (Andy) Rizen sold vehicle and lied of the mechanics and body authencity of the vehicle 2005 Audi A4 with full knowledge it was in an accident because the report was released 1 month after my purchasing the vehicle. Requested carfax; declined stating no claims or problems in accident or mechanics. Intent Deception.
I requested my bank to research and no records were found. Records would not have been available due to intentional selling of the vehicle. He knowingly and maliciously initiated an unlawful act of not being forthcoming with the truth of condition of the vehicle.
Fraud has been committed.
Multiple expenses were paid for known mechanic failures by Andi (Andy) Rizen.
