Complaint Review: Andy's Autosport

I canceled a body kit order three day after calling Andys Auto Sport. Dan Quintero (aka "DJ" or aka "DJ Q") is the customer sales rep for the company and never follows up on anything he promises or holds anybody in his accounting department accountable for processing orders on time\. His e-mail address is dj@andysautosport.com and phone ext is 101. This company took over 5 months to process my refund that they said would only take 10 days. After numerous phone call and countless e-mails monthly, Andy's Autosport continued negligent actions to restore my delinquent credit card funds. Only after I physically took legal action against the company did they process my refund. I am in the military and legal services are free to me. I have searched the web and many posts of customers are getting ripped-off by www.AndysAutoSport.com not only with delinquent refunds and also with unprofessional delivery of good. They have a continuous pattern of unprofessionalism and misconduct. In most cases that I have read, Andy's Auto Sport customers are usually young and can not afford legal litigation for help. I've also noticed that Andy's Auto Sport always make additional money off of screwing up the orders and charging the customers for their own company's mistakes. Search the web and you will see what I mean. I sent e-mail's to the customer sales rep, Dan Quintero , and also to the director of operations, Jala jalalm@sbcglobal.net asking them what their side to the story in my particular case but they choose to ignore all of your requests once they get their hands on your money. Trust me when I say that threatening them the legal action doesn't work because they assume you can't afford it. Refunds are only honored to save their own dishonest butts! If you choose to do business with Andy's Auto Sport, I would insure that you make sure you have enough money to get your hard earned money back after you start getting ripped-off!
