andy@andy-stephens.com Did not pay for his web services to me. He issued an echeck at paypal. I waited for 3-5 days for his payment to be cleared but unfortunately paypal emailed me back another pending date appeared until sept 24-29, 2009. When I logged in today I saw that he cancelled it. I don't want to happen this to others so I'm writing this report.
