Complaint Review: Fidelity Security

we recieved this letter stating that we won 125000.00 us dollar and a check for the amount 4875.00 it has all the water markings look like a real check. They want to you to call them first before cashing the check because the tax amount is 2875.00 that needs to be paid directly to a tax agent. The check has a bank listed as valley national bank in tulsa, ok. You can look the bank up on line and it show to be a real bank, but the check is no good. They are just scaming you for money .
