I sent for my report and after the time (7-9 days) that they said it would take I started emailing them to find out when I would receive my report. I received reply emails back with nothing written on it. I eventually received an email from Mail Delivery System stating that my emails could not be delivered.

After trying a few more times not being able to reach anyone, I called my credit card company to dispute the charge. I tried all of the email addresses that were sent to me initially. My credit card was charged to a practice-Sarl Atoll. This made me even more suspicious since the name on the emails were Angela or Angelac, etc. Since I never received a reply from the original website about the report that I never received I decided to call up the credit card company and issue a dispute. Never again will I be so stupid!
