thisis my 3rd child and first time using angel photo. they are the WROST!!! firstof all ,my pics were late getting to me, ok fine once i recived the pics i cried! they were sooooooo awful!!!!!!!!
the QUIALTY was awful! i could have done better w/my own ditgal camera and printer at hime! there were "blobs " in my babys eyes, you can see all the "dots " that make up a ditgal pics! the aper was so thin you coudl see through it!
my baby looks like she ahs red hair, when she had BLACK! NONE of my family who seen her in the hosptial think sits the same kid! when i wrote to tell tjhme how bad they were, they NEVER responed. so i worte the bbb in memphis, they told them that they had CALLED me which they NEVER did! ALL i wanted was a response to my letter sayign how bad hte pics were, NEVER RECIVED ANYTHIGN phone call,e mali eetc!
i have NEVER had such AWFUL cutomer service in ANY thignihavedlet w/! i have used first photo in the past and NEVER had a problem at all!! these poele at angel pics use CHEAP ditgal cameras,paper, ink, etc!!! I have written to every hosp in tn to say how unhappy iw as w/them adn htere custmoer servie!
If you have a baby adn htey are takign the pics, do NOT use them!! do it yourself or go to sears! i jutst cried becuase i am stuck w/the WORST pics cuz i dont want to send them abck for a refund because they ARE her first pics! lets get first photot back!!!!!!!!1
