I am a crafter that has been crafting for 30 plus years and after crafting for many years I have followed Mrs. Holt via her YouTube and Facebook channels. She was offering a Christmas Bucket Kit and as a faithful followers I decided to purchase this kit.
Not only did she take forever to ship the kit to me but she then scammed me out of shipping. I paid $65 for this ridiculous kit that did not include not even the glitter, wire, pearls, missing one Prima Resin Frame, ribbon, nor paint. She didn't include all of the ribbon I needed to wrap around the scrolled piece of paper she included in the kit. The glitter for the star was not included and if I recall correctly she claimed this kit included everything you needed to create the kit. After waiting nearly a month she saids this kit in a box that weighed less than a pound.
I open the box and the first thing I noticed is that my one of my prima frames is missing. I go through the rest of the items in this ridiculously overpriced kit and noticed that the glitter and pearls are missing. The more I went through my box I noticed that she didin't even print out the Christmas image and infact that the image was not the same as the one she posted or shared on Facebook. I then see that the wire, bucket is a dusty pink, which is not very flattering. To ease my mind I watch her tutorial and she then says that we were responsible for purchasing our own paint, glitter, gesso, and that we didn't even have the ribbon for the scroll.
Well as I watched her tutorial, I'm infuriated with the fact that she then says that we should pull out our own pearls for the Christmas tree and print the image on our own cardstock. Well after spending $65 plus an additional $22 for shipping, this kit should have included everything needed to create the bucket she showed pictures of. I am even more frustrated when she couldn't afford to give full yards of lace, ribbon, or trim. I have to now put some of my stuff to complete this overly priced kit. Then to top it off she only included 2 tiny little pine cones and 2 tiny Christmas Bulbs. Who would do anything so cheaply and make us wait so long for a kit that we had to prepay in order for her to order the supplies.
I took this light weight box to my post office today and they confirmed that the shipping was not $22.00 instead that she had shipped it First Class Priority and that it was less than $5.00. After checking my paypal and not seeing a refund for the overly priced shipping. I attemped to leave a comment on her YouTube channel and she has brushed my question off.
I asked her to kindly refund me my money and she said that the kit was sold as is and that I should have read the description better.
To all those crafters out there that is purchasing and viewing her tutorials...DO NOT BUY FROM THIS LADY! She is appalling and truly unprofessional. The language she used when I attempted to ask for a honest refund was certainly not expected.
I will NEVER buy nor watch her videos EVER again!!!!!
I guess what people say about her is true that she is a scammer!!!!!!

The timing of this report is a bit suspect. Just as Mrs/Ms. Holt has had a tiff/falling out with someone from her past who has attacked her and ridiculed her before, along comes this report and another almost exactly a day later. It would seem that this is part of a coordinated attack against Mrs./Ms. Holt as a repeat of what happened years ago. Onto the report at hand.
At the beginning of Angela's video she goes through all the things that you will get when you buy the kit. Accusations are easy to make, but not easy to prove. Anyone can order anything from anyone and then turn around and claim that they didn't receive one of the items promised. To the seller, there is not much that can be done, as it is unprovable that the receiver didn't get all that was promised in the right amount. How does anyone know that you aren't instead trying to get something from Mrs./Ms Holt? Instead of asking for Angela to replace the missing items you instead jump straight to a full refund? It seems more like you weren't interested in coming to some kind of agreement and, instead, were more interested in jumping on the hate train to Mai town.
You didn't have to go to the post office to see how much shipping is......it is always on the package (even letters). Usually it's in the upper right hand corner and is placed there to prove that the item was paid for already. This is done at the post office and cannot be done at home, so there is no way Mrs./Ms. Holt can be blamed for this. You say that it was sent First-Class Priority......but this is not a shipping method. You can ship either First Class or Priority but not both as they are two different shipping methods. Priority would never be under $5 and if you can find First Class shipping under $5 let us all know your secret. Lastly it is extremely doubtful that a post office clerk let you weigh a package just for curiosity reasons if you had no intent to ship it. You said you left a message on her youtube channel and I even saw this message. Kind is not the word I would've chosen to describe your message (more like blunt and accusational) which would explain the 'language' you received. If you come at someone wrong, and are persistent at coming at them in an aggressive manner, you can expect to get the same in return.
All in all it seems to me you have a chip on your shoulder and came here to vent off some steam. Venting is okay but really you need to get more of your story straight as well as no jump straight from "missing items" to "full refund" so quickly. Makes you look kind of like you wanted/manufactured the problem.
