I signed up on 3/31/08 for Rebate Processors, with the assurance I could cancell at any time for a full refund, my credit card was charged $197 then I got to see what the program was about, It is not for me so I immediately tried to contact customercare@penbrookproductions.com, I also tried to call the #866-885-8126 could not get through they just kept me on the phone waiting for the next available person, no one came on line. I have had no reply from any of my efforts to contact Angela Pnbrook.
