Complaint Review: Angela Penbrook Penbrook Productions Or Wealth DCI

I sent an email to the customer service center for answers as to why I could not get information. Only received an e-mail saying someone would contact me within in 24-hours. Never got a response.

I found an e-mail address to Angela Penbrook... I wrote to her also for help. All she did regurgitate what I already knew... open an account and begin to 'access her wealth on knowledge'. This is now two weeks later.

As of 15 March, I could no longer access my account. It appears they have disconnected me. I sent an email to customer care questioning the account and the inability to access. No response.

Now, if I can only get my money back, that would be a miralce in itself.
