Angela Penbrook ripped me out of my refund.

I asked for a full refund as it states that it was a money back guarantee. I've been trying since March to get a refund and until this day, I have not received it.

She e-mailed me saying that they have pressed my refund but I have not received any money.

Now they said my 90-day money back guarantee was pass due and they are not going to refund me any money.

You might try to contact a Joseph Ashford for refund or tell them you are going to take legal action

This guy Joseph Ashford is suppossedly a customer svc mgr or something his number is (949)706-3183 or his email is ccm@penbrookproductions.com it's worth a try found this information on another scam/fraud website that he has been on trying to give people refunds so the bad complaints would stop. Next thing if they do not refund your money is if you used a credit card print out your emails if you did it through email so you can show proof you tried to contact before the 90 days and call your credit card company/bank and show them the proof then ask to fill out a disbute payment form. If that doesn't work then email Penbrook productions at angelapenbrook@penbrookproductions.com or customercare@penbrookproductions.com and tell them you are going to take legal action. Due to my complaints on Ripoff Report and other agencies the California Attorney Generals Office Dept of Justice section is checking into Penbrook Productions/ Angela Penbrook Rebate Processing so don't give up in trying to get your money back and complain/fill out complaint forms every place you can find it takes time but it works and sooner or later you will see your refund. I sent complaints to FTC, LABBB , Criminal Justice Dept. , enforcement at security dept in Washington (enforcement@sec.gov) and numerous other agencies or scam/fraud websites too so when an investigation takes place there will be so much information/stories for them to look at it will help them either shut them down or Prosecute the scam artists/find them.
