Angela Penbrook advertised a home based business by e-mail sent to me helping people with their rebates for items purchased. She charged me $197.00 with the promise of instructions by e-mail and toll free number to contact her company (penbrookproductions.com and when I attempted to contact there was no one at these two numbers- 1-800-785-8042 and 1-866-885-8126.
She guaranteed a 90 day refund but now there is no way to contact her or obtain the refund. She needs to be prosecuted and I would like my money back.
