I tried to sign up for the rebate at home program and tried to sign up. Their registration page locked up and I tried a couple more times. The continue page locked up. the next day I received a confirmation, web site and customer care phone and email adress. I sent an email with no response and went to the phone. The operator was Indian (India) and could not compehend anything I was telling him. He then told me to call in an hour because the computers were down. I tried an hour later and their phone lines were down. I then called the next day and the Indain operator was just as untrained and unable to comprehend what myrequests were. The phone went dead. I tried again the next day only to have the operator give me the ripoff web site. So here I am without the program and typing up a complaint. Seem they have down or updating computers non stop. I also found that This is most likely a scam and that there is several addresses and locations. Too many unknowns for this one. Stay Clear of it!!! I'm going to the FBI site to report this one. I have no Idea of my credit statis.
