I have signed a reseller agreement with this company for authentic designers handbags. Basically they would provided me authentic products at a slight lower cost for me to resell and hopefully make some profit. On February 25th 2010 I have received complaints from a customer about the authenticity of a handbag she received. The customer has shipped the handbag back to me and I have refunded the money in full. A few days later another customer complaint that the two authenticity cards of her handbag had different serial numbers. I started to investigate on how to validate the authenticity of the product It turned out that this company has defrauded me of my money. They are selling counterfeit handbags, which is illegal in the US. I have confronted the company VP about the issue thru emails and also via phone and asked for a full refund since he did not respected his part of the agreement. The answer that he gave me was "Tell the lady to throw away one of the cards and enjoy her bag,we will not refund you". So now I find myself having products that has cost me $840 that have no value and I cannot resell. I hope that somebody from the BBB can help me with this case and I also hope that this complaint can somehow save other victims from the hands of these thieves.

One thing I can say is that I am certain there are some ladies on the Purse Blog, Purse Forum who are attempting to slander our company name, its wonderful reputation, and everything our family has worked toward for five years now. Issue # 1- We, at Angels Handbags sell 100% authentic designer handbags, most of which are drop shipped directly from authorized suppliers across the USA and Europe. So, if a customer is sent a product that is damaged in any way, they can simply return the product. It is important to note that we have no control over shipping, mail services or our suppliers' shipments. That's why we have a return policy for this exact situation. There is absolutely no need for any disgruntled customer to go on to a Blog, like the Purse Blog, Purse Forum, Craig's List or the Rip off report to resolve a problem with a handbag or any product that we sell. To me, this is a person who is out there with nothing better to do than cluck,cluck,cluck, without any evidence to back her accusations. There has never been a document or authentication report submitted to us stating that we sell anything other than authentic, top quality luxury handbags and accessories.

Issue # 2 As a VP for Marketing and Sales for Angels Distinctive Discount Designer Handbags and Fashion-Passion. net, I use auction sites like eBay, ioffer, trade key and many others to build our customer base. I mention this because many product suppliers, Asian Sources, and other business owners make comments on our auction sites, like ioffer. There is nothing against solicitation on the comment sections or by mail from these auction houses. The fact that a business is approached by prospective sources is all part of the business. So there is no validity in quoting several comments from suppliers who want to sell their products to us, as hard evidence that we buy from these suppliers that's a quantum leap, don't you think??

It is indeed a shame that the false accusations made by one customer in the Summer 2008 on the Purse Blog has set off a rippling effect to the other sites mentioned above, for the sheer enjoyment of revenge; not to mention the smoke screen of these so called claims from a currently unidentified Gina from NY.
