DO NOT SHOP AT ANGIE'S APPLIANCES IN LB: I have been fighting with the owner George regarding a 2017 Whirlpool fridge my husband and I bought in October 2021. The fridge worked great at first but soon began freezing up in the freezer. The refrigerator portion has been freezing and ruining our food. The owner send a kid out with no experience.

He tried to tell us it was the thermostat and quoted us $140 ($60 was to pay his gas!!) plus a $30 service call fee. When we said we didn't have that he ask how much we had. I sent him packing and called the owner. He proceeded to tell me $80 to replace the thermostat. We paid to have it replaced and the fridge is still freezing up!

There has been no offer to return our money for the part it didn't need or to pay the cost of all the lost food. The service tech is a no show today to trouble shoot. The owner is full of sh*t! He has no intention of fixing or replacing this s**+**y merchandise. Looks like we will have to file a small claims case so we can get our money back.

We hace been called and now tomorrow we will have a tech here to do the repairs...The phone number listed is the wrong number
