The Guards treat Owner Operators with disdain. These are the hard working owner operators, they work hard to bring their merchandise EARLY and ON TIME. Just now my driver shows up one day early to deliver their beer load, they are a 24 RECEVING FACILITY. The guard  told him he had to leave to return in 1/2 hour since they were in a meeting.  The owner/driver said that the meeting had nothing to do with him arriving early, that he was willing to wait there until they were ready. The Guards must have not liked his response since she told him that NOW he had to come back in 1 HOUR instead (5:30PM). He asked why, and she yelled at him ¨GET OUT! YOU ARE LEAVING!¨ This is not the first time the owner is treated this way by this beer company in Jacksonville. The owner is a Hispanic male and I have reason to believe their is racism involved in their treatment of the driver/owner. Why would a company treat not their EMPLOYEES but OTHER COMPANIES that work with them NOT FOR THEM to save them MONEY, because it would have cost them more in the long run. THESE OWNERS OPERATORS, no matter what NATIONALITY DESERVE RESPECT. THANKS TO US, their shipment COMES ON TIME and EVEN EARLY - OWNERS OPERATORS SHOULD NOT GET MISTREATED FOR A JOB WELL DONE.
