Have had bills THROWN in our face, and been told to "Shut Up" while being laughed at by the staff and owners of this Vet Clinic. Steven Webb is running this hateful and disrespectful operation and allowing the most unprofessional behavior to go on, under his watch. I have never had more consecutive disrespectful conversations with a veterinarian staff in my life.
I can count 5 different occasions where the front office staff was completely RUDE and disrespectful over the phone or in person. The Vets running this place seem professional, but the entire front office staff needs to chill out and quit treating customers with the most unprofessional and sassy attitudes. This is RIDICULOUS business. Will NOT be returning because of their consistent terrible attitudes here. Save yourself the time, what a joke this place is - go somewhere that can hire a competent and respectful front office staff!
