The receptionist diagonosed my dog over the phone and told me I am the reason she is dying.  She also told me to bring 600 dollars to put down up front. My dog got into a bottle of robitussin. I was just calling about bringing her in.  I know it was my fault that my dog was chewing on my Robitussin bottle but to make me feel like an awful person.  I didn't realize a receptionists could diagnose over the phone.  What an awful place.
