HORRIBLE COMPANY. HORRIBLE EMPLOYEES. HORRIBLE MANAGERS. you have the worst company in the pet industry. your store manager is a crook. im going to report him. hes telling people to hold puppies that you need to get a loan but you can still pay cash later, but then i get an email saying that im going to be penalized by hundreds of dollars for paying cash. I DIDNT WANT THE LOAN! I wanted to pay cash and he is a crook.
