 This company solicits business via phone. It promises services for one amount and when you check your bank account another has been charged. Even after having their people confirm the amount you are being charged, then they come back and say you get all these services from them. They do not allow you the 3-day rule of canceling the account after learning of the higher amount being charged. They have incompetent people working for them who can not explain matters correctly, they try to solicit other business through you to do the same to other unsuspecting breeders! BREEDERS BEWARE!!!!!!!! Find a company that can expedite your sales through up-front advertising, with full disclosure, no pressure sales, as these people are pushy!!!!! I would not recommend you to use this service as a means of advertising. If we as breeders did this, we wouldn't last any longer than one litter of pups. Everyone has a right to cancel a service in 3 days!

We have been dealing with Mrs. O**** for some time now. The case if very simple. We only sell one listing package for one price ($14.99/mo). You can see this clearly on our website by going here: http://www.animaroo.com/dog-websites.html. She was offered two months up front for a discount of $5.00 being a total of $24.98. She was charged this $24.98 for the two months of unlimited listings and received the two months of listings. 4 months later, she called our office upset about the charges. I've offered a refund in the name of resolution and due to her dissatisfaction, not due to the accuracy of the claims. The refund offer still stands and we have hundreds of satisfied and responsible breeders that use our services daily for their business.

Animaroo.com has gone above and beyond the status quo in the arena of online advertising for dog breeders. We are the only site that personally verifies every breeder that participates in our advertising services. This allows us to provide only breeders operating under the best practices and eliminates fraud. We assist our breeders by hand matching individuals and families looking to add a new pet to their lives through responsible factors that enable the success and happiness of both parties involved. To have someone slander our name in this way only hurts businesses like ours that are trying to make a positive change in the industry and for responsible dog breeders doing the same.

I googled them online today to reactivate my account with them and ran across this.  I don't think she's talking about the company that I have dealt with.  I have always had a positive experience with Animaroo.com.  I have always adopted my puppies out in a timely manner to good homes.  I have NEVER been pressured into buying anything with them.  My account manager has always looked over my ads when I asked her to and made sure I was getting the most of my ads.  She has, at times, offered me upgrade options, and then it was simply offered to me and never even argued if I said no or didn't respond to her email.  I have never had a problem canceling my account.  I do it twice a year when I run out of puppies.  If this person wasn't able to sell her puppies and is mad about it, maybe it was her.  I know sometimes people make things up because they're mad, but a lot of people breeding puppies work with Animaroo.com and I have never seen a complaint about them before.  I refer a lot of people to them because of their integrity.  My account manager is amazing as well.  And fyi, when I signed up, they sent me an email explaining everything in writing both before I purchased and after.  They answered all questions when I called them or emailed them.  I was impressed with their willingness to cooperate and appease my apprehension.  I don't use anyone else anymore.
